GoPro connected to truck battery while not running

Postby MetalGrand » Wed Nov 26, 2014 7:06 am

Hey all. I was wanting to do an 8-9 time-lapse while I was working. I would have the GoPro connected to charging port in my truck. Would it be safe to have the GoPro on for up to 10 hours or could that drain my truck battery? Also would I need the GoPro battery fitted in the GoPro or would I not need it at all?
