GoPro Livestream

Postby OskarsG » Thu Nov 06, 2014 7:33 pm

Hey!

There have been asked similar questions, but I still didn't find the answer.
I want to broadcast Live from my GoPro Hero3, however, when I connect it to laptop, or Phone the only option left is to connect wire to comp, or use 3G or 4G in my mobile phone.

If I buy HDMI cabel, switch to my comp, would it broadcast to my comp, and I could stream live using my wifi? So will HDMI solve this problem?

Thank you in advance!

For live streaming the GoPro is unfortunatly not the best camera to use. You can use the hdmi of the camera in connect it to a hdmi capture card/device and stream via your laptop.

For live streaming setup if found these links very useful:

Good luck
