Hobby Mounts

I'm guessing Paul from Hobby Mounts is a little busy right now, so taking the opportunity to let folks know (hope you don't mind Paul?)

Hobby Mounts got broken into overnight of the 3/4th Feb and a significant amount of stuff was taken including lots of Gopro cameras and DJI phantom quad copters. If anyone is offered or sees for sale gopros and DJI's, at silly prices it's possible they could be part of the stuff that was taken.

Hobby Mounts is based in the South West of the UK, but not necessarily just that area. He has a full list of the serial numbers so they could easily be identified.

Hopefully the thieving scum get caught!

It's worth noting the photography studio next door to Hobby Mounts was also burgled, and had a lot of Canon lenses, bodies, and various studio lighting stolen. https://www.facebook.com/anaphotography ... 5999359322

Sadly, this world has more than it's fair share of scum!

Maybe if anyone who has had a camera stolen...or in Pauls case, multiple cameras...could advise GoPro, so if anyone tries to register, upgrade or repair an item which shows up on the list...steps could be taken.
Before I would consider one of the cheaper deals on something, I would be asking for a serial number....check legal ownership or authenticity!

Just a thought.
