Poor customer support

I purchased a remo remote for the hero 5. After 3 weeks the trigger worked but not voice control. GoPro ptovided me with a RMA return number and I shipped it back to them. A month and Many phone calls later, I still do not have a replacement and they claim they are out of stock at the depot in Canada and don't know when it will be. Great hard ware, extremely poor and unacceptable after sales support!
