New GoPro user with videos...

Postby FLSkevin on Tue Apr 21, 2009 1:58 am

I have been video taping my rides off & on for years. Using several different mini-video cameras with some success. But the then I bought a GoPro Motorsports wide and the with just a little use I have been able to make several ride videos fairly easily.

Here a link for my videos so far....

I use iMovie HD for editing. I am in the process if learning Final Cut Pro for better sound editing.

If you have a Mac the iMovie comes with it. It's a fairly basic video editing program. But it's great to learn the basics. Final Cut pro is what is used at work and is much more involved, it's also a very expensive program.

Here's a couple of links...

But my main use is to edit videos for web viewing anyway. I had been looking for a camera that would record to digital film cards and would work with Mac programs w/o having to convert the files to a more compatible format. The GoPro fit for everything I want to do.
