I bought the handlebar/seatpost mount for double duty; to use on my handlebar/seatpost of my mountainbike and the handlebar of my dirtbike. Anyone used one on the mountainbike? What was your set-up/results?

Just an FYI, I've heard of those handlebar mounts breaking from fatigue and one rider had one break away and bounce along the road in a race this spring. I've been using velcro to mount my GoPro - no problems yet. I also use a couple plastic wire ties secured between the bike and the cam so if my mounting fails, at least the camera doesn't to flying loose.
