Rambo's Go pro tripod adapter

Hey Rambo, where did you get the tripod adapter that you super glue to the GoPro housing? I've tried photographic shops but they just shake their heads.

Buy a cheapo plastic camera mount from a security shop and use the disc off that. Or make one out of acrylic, drill a hole and tap the thread to 1/4 inch and super glue it to the GoPro.
