Hi!

I've got a Go Pro HD1 filming in 960p. What are the best import/export settings on Adobe Premiere CS6? I've tried out a couple of the presets but the videos always come out really bad quality. Do I need to convert the Go Pro files before importing them? What settings do you guys use?

Just create a project with those parameters. This video show you how to do it for 2.7K footage but the process is the same.
