Hey Guys,
I recently got a new GoPro cam for use on my mountain bike.
We shot some dope footy on it, and im pleased, but i cant dial in my sequence settings/export settings.
Ive seen some SUPER nice looking footage out of them, so i want to know what settings you guys use.
I export for quicktime mov, then to flv, so i just need sequence settings.
Im using Final Cut Pro Academic to.

I would convert to apple pro res then just drop onto a blank sequence and click yes to change sequence to footage.
