Watch this vid Rambo/anyone and tell me what you think...Why does some parts repeat the sequence over? Is it the camera trying to catch up with the movement. I did not do any editing at those parts they were just straight sequences loaded in the program. Hopefully this makes sense what I am saying...

The GoPro can occasionally drop frames when recording high motion and your editing program is addling frames to make up.This is the most likely explanation.
Does the video jump when you play it back direct from the camera on a TV or when you play straight from the card through a media player on the PC??
It helps to completely reformat the SD card to clean out all the hidden files windows can place there that the GoPro don't like. .... See here on how to do that.
